Ordering Disclaimer



The items displayed for sale represent the design described and may not be the exact item you will receive. Each item is individually handmade so that while I may be able to replicate an item it will never be possible to duplicate every wrinkle or hammer mark, and dimensions given are approximate as most items are individually pierced or sculpted. Items noted as having an Antiqued finish will be created with an aged appearance, suggesting wear and markings on the surface to suggest a much worn and loved treasure.

 


Return

 

Swhisper Jewellery is happy to accept returns of unwanted items (excluding earrings for hygiene reasons) within 14 days. All items must be returned unworn in their original packaging with proof of purchase.

 

 

Non-returnable Items


Merchandise purchased at a discount of 40% off or more or labelled as Final Sale, may not be returned or exchanged.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of pierced earrings if the tamper-proof packaging has been opened. This is for hygiene reasons and doesn't affect your statutory rights.
We cannot accept return/exchange of custom-made rings.
We cannot accept items that have been engraved, personalised or altered.

We cannot accept items that are damaged, soiled, worn or altered.

 
*If in the rare occasion your item is broken/faulty, you can request a exchange by emailing chloe@swhisperjewellery.com

 We advise that all returns are sent by Recorded Delivery, as we are unable to accept responsibility for returns unless signed for by a member of Swhisper Jewellery staff.

As soon as we’ve received and taken care of your return, we’ll email you to confirm that your refund has been issued.

Please note that the refund time frame may vary depending on the payment method and processing times between payment providers:

Credit Card:Our bank will credit your account within 5-10 working days of receipt of your items.

PayPal:Your refund will be visible in your PayPal account within 24 hours of your refund email being sent.

 *Refunds will always be processed onto the same debit or credit card used for purchase.

 Custom duties and sales taxes are non-refundable.

Please take care if a customs declaration form is required, to correctly mark the goods as a 'Returned Item'. This will ensure that no additional customs fees are incurred. In the instance that a item is incorrectly marked and a customs fee is incurred, this may be passed onto the customer. This may also delay the returns process.



Exchange 

 

If you require a different size or want to exchange what you’ve bought for another piece of jewellery, we are happy to offer exchanges within 28 days. To proceed with an exchange, simply let us know which item you’d like to swap it for. If the new item is more expensive, a member of our team will email you to take the additional payment and subsequently they’ll refund you your money if the item is of a lower value. We try to arrange exchanges and refunds as fast as we can but during busy periods, it can take up to four weeks.

As of now, we are unfortunately not able to offer free returns or exchanges. Please note that while you are free to choose which shipment method to use when returning items to us, it is your responsibility to ensure that the items reach us safely.
