Hi, I’m Chloe,

Growing up, I suffered through many tragedies that made life difficult for me. These events left their mark on me in many ways, and I carried those sad emotions for many years.

As a young adult, I always felt I didn’t “fit in” in my home country, and I couldn’t wait to travel and see what life could be like in another place. I made up my mind and I left.

I moved to London for two years and found a whole new world opening up for me. I didn’t have to worry about fitting in or being someone I wasn’t. I could be myself for the first time in my life because no one judged me. That freedom to be myself is what inspired me to create my pearl business.

Unfortunately, the pandemic hit, and I was forced to go back home to my country and I couldn’t get my business started. Back home again, I was unhappy, depressed, and on the verge of losing it all…even myself. Going home brought back all the old emotions I thought I had left behind.

I struggled with being trapped where I didn’t want to be for a long time until one day, I finally picked up the materials and pearls and began creating my own brand of unique pieces of jewellery.

What had attracted me to these natural freshwater pearls was that they are all different, just like us. They each have their own unique beauty, just like us, and they are all perfect in their own way, just like us.

I decided to name my brand Swhisper Jewellery because each piece is like a sweet whisper to remind you to appreciate the bright side of our world. Just as each pearl is unique yet beautiful, we are too. We don’t need to fit into anyone else’s mold or shape. Just like freshwater pearls, we all shine just the way we are.
