What about duty and taxes?

 All the listed prices for products, delivery costs and other costs include taxes and value added taxes.
Costs relating to delivery, freight or postage may vary and are added to each order.

- United States: Duty and taxes would be charged regarding on your regions.

- Australia, Canada, United Kingdom and Europe: We will try out best but orders may be subject to duties and taxes, and customers are responsible for these fees.

- International: Orders may be subject to duties and taxes, and customers are responsible for these fees.

Please note that Swhisper Jewellery does not have any control over duties and taxes.

We cannot advise as to what the costs will be, as they vary by country. For more information on these fees,

please contact your local customs office.

How long will it take to get my order?

 
Purchased items will be shipped from Hungary.
We deliver to the following countries with Magyar Posta.

NEW* Due to the Covid-19 crisis we ask that you please allow for possible delays.
*We disinfect all packaging materials and the products before shipped out to you.

 Wrong Delivery Address Entered

It is the customer's responsibility to enter the correct shipping address when ordering from our website. If you have placed an order and have put the wrong address, please contact us as soon as possible via email at chloe@swhisperjewellery.com If the package has been shipped with a tracking number issued, a £10 ‘return to sender’ fee and further £10 postage fee will be charged for all orders.

Parcels Returned to Sender/Failed Delivery

If a package was returned to sender due to "Delivery Attempted - No Answer", a £10 ‘return to sender’ fee and further £10 postage fee will be charged for all orders.
